“Our first listed core value is Serve relentlessly,” says Montgomery Logistics Supervisor Noell Anderson. “I love to make people happy. If the customer is happy, then I am happy.”
With Pace two years, Noell relishes providing great service and solving problems. “Knowing that I’ve helped a customer or a Pace teammate, I will be able to get a good night’s rest. But if I can’t solve a problem that day, I will have that on my mind all night and will be trying to figure out how to solve that problem.”
When it comes to Pace core value Do the right thing, Noell is a strong believer in positive Karma. “You must do the right thing, or it will come back to bite ya,” she said.
Noell has a simple approach to our core value to Always improve. “I just think about how today can be better than yesterday, always try to see what I could’ve done better in each situation.” Her emphasis on great communication with her teammates and customers is a contributor to successful customer service. “Communication is key,” she emphasizes.
Noell recently had the pleasure of helping with our Staples startup in Louisiana. “I had the pleasure of meeting some of the sweetest people there, and great food!!!! We as a team worked together to get them started. Daniel, Chris, Leslie, Kevin, John, and myself.” People person indeed.
A mother of 3 – daughters Skye and Sana’a, and son Correy – Noell happily reported “I am engaged to be married to a wonderful man, Airrion.” She says she is a “homebody,” and loves to craft on her days off and play with her pets.
Above all, she encourages all of us at Pace to help each other and our customers. And most importantly, “remember to smile.”
