Meet the New Pace Culture Warrior, Darrell Harris

Pace proudly announces Darrell Harris, Pace Nashville Logistics Supervisor, as one of our four Culture Warriors of the Quarter for Q2! Darrell was nominated and selected by the Culture Warrior Committee for his passion to Get the Job Done, his positive attitude, and his demonstration of Pace’s Core Values!

Darrell’s Background and Experiences 

Culture Warrior of the Quarter, Darrell Harris – Pace Nashville Logistics Supervisor, has been with Pace for two years.  Prior to joining the Pace Team, Darrell contributed his can-do work ethic and positive attitude to Magnolia Distribution, Dicom, and Ann Arbor Distribution.  Darrell hails originally from Greenwood, Mississippi, and spent a good amount of time living in Memphis.  

Get the Job Done 

According to our management team in Nashville, Darrell goes above and beyond to make certain that our Nashville sort team Gets the Job Done.  His dedication to our Nashville pool distribution operations and our customers is “out of this world.”  Darrell consistently exhibits Pace Core Values by not only working toward his own self – improvement but pushing his team to Always Improve as well. 

A Positive Attitude

As the daily work of pool operations ebbs and flows with successes and obstacles, problems to solve and problems resolved, Darrell remains the face of positivity for the team.  His willingness to persevere and succeed is evident.
