Ryan Johnson, Talent Acquisition Specialist – Pace Nashville

We are pleased to announce that Ryan Johnson has joined the Pace Human Resources Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Tennessee Market.  Ryan will be working closely with the HR Team to recruit top driver and warehouse talent across all of Pace’s markets in Tennessee, including: Chattanooga, Johnson City, Knoxville, Memphis, and Nashville. He will focus on building talent pools of candidates aligned with Pace’s growth strategy, and he will assist with the internal growth and development of the Talent Acquisition function at Pace.

After graduating from the University of North Alabama with a degree in Human Resources in 2018, Ryan continued working as a counselor at Sequel Youth & Family Services – a treatment facility in Courtland, AL – for a few months until October 2018. In October of 2018, Ryan began his journey of becoming an Operations Specialist at People Ready in Nashville, TN. In the early months of 2019, Ryan transitioned into Recruiting, and that’s where he found a passion for his new role in Talent Acquisition!

Ryan will be working out of Pace’s Nashville Operations office and reporting to Wade Roley, Pace HR Manager.
