At Pace, we ask ourselves how we can welcome change and emerge better.

COVID-19 presents unprecedented challenges to businesses. We recognize the sacrifice, loss, and hardship organizations small and large around the globe have incurred. We know, too, that how we work together could be very different once this pandemic concludes. Yet, we discover resilience and continue moving forward. Companies are making lemonade out of lemons and reimagining a better way of doing business.

As for Pace, we began a clear path toward change in 2019 with our theme to Adapt and Evolve. This year, our theme is about Managing Change Successfully. Coincidentally, we are now in the midst of arguably the greatest change to our economy and society that we’ve experienced over several generations. During this time of evolution, we ask ourselves, “How do we embrace change, manage it successfully, and emerge from this pandemic better at logistics than before?”

Our teams at Pace plan to tinker away at this question across departments and warehouses, reporting back to you with our triumphs and lessons learned. We begin with the idea of working smarter, not harder.
