Pace’s promise is Safety First as we continue to serve our customers relentlessly. The Department of Homeland Security identifies the transportation sector as a critical infrastructure industry, and we will do our part to keep the supply chain running. Although we’ve modified our operations in response to COVID-19, we expect those changes to be invisible to our customers.
As communities around the world work together to mitigate risk, control, and cope with the impact of COVID-19, we assure you that Pace remains committed to the safety of our customers, partners, vendors, and employees.
During this unique time, we are following the recommended protocols and directives from the CDC as well as Federal, State, and Local Governments. These protocols apply to all Pace drivers, warehouse employees, logistics supervisors and managers, operations management, and corporate staff. They include a mandate to stay home if sick; frequent and regular hand washing and hand sanitizing; sanitary cleaning of offices, warehouses, trucks, and equipment; and conformance to recommended social distancing practices, enabled by warehouse skeleton crews, flexible/rotating schedules, enhanced PTO, and working remotely.
Please call us at 866-410-7222 if you have any questions, concerns, or unique special requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic.
