Pace Culture Warrior Cesar Martinez

Pace is proud to announce and celebrate Culture Warrior, Cesar Martinez! Cesar is a Logistics Coordinator at Pace Dallas. Cesar was nominated for the Pace core value, Always improve. His teammates recognize that he shows up at the warehouse with the intention to work hard and improve each and every day.

“He’s always looking for ways to improve how we push the product out.”

Pace District Manager Randy Johnson reports, “Last summer Cesar was promoted to a leadership role, and in that role, he has taken ownership and operational responsibilities for a new customer in the Dallas market. In this capacity, he demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to our customers and to Pace’s core values, particularly our value to Always improve.”
