Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in optimizing and planning the partner/vendor network 
  • Respond to Carrier Partners needs and requests via e mail, phone, or in person
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and improve strong customer relationships with Carrier Partners 
  • Collect and monitor specific activities to assess trends and opportunities, as they relate to the Partner’s operational performance, providing constructive feedback and recommendations
